Although it’s not located near the tourist ‘old town’ area, we found it to be a peaceful retreat, away from the hustle bustle of the city. the room was small but clean, and boasted an abundance of natural daylight which we loved. the bathroom too was clean and comfortable. the hotel staff was helpful, Do Long in particular made our stay enjoyable. We loved the fast WiFi and prompt service, and the massage at the hotel was a welcome reprieve after a long day.

The mini bar and snack menu was not translated, which made it slightly difficult to understand the pricing.

Great value for money and staff are friendly and hospitable. The nearby food options are amazing and it's easy to get around with public transport and taxis. I really enjoyed how clean and well-lit the room was, with all the necessary amenities you could want. The 24-hour reception also came in handy when I needed to ask for directions or recommendations.

I found it difficult to regulate the temperature in the room, as the air conditioning seemed to be struggling and the windows didn't open fully. , the language barrier between myself and some of the employees was a bit frustrating at times, especially when ordering from the limited menu.
